From the moment you arrive at The Bardo, you’ll feel the calm and serenity of this confidential retreat. We’ve designed our retreat to feel like a home away from home, only accommodating a maximum of three guests at a time. This guarantees personal attention and privacy.

  • Toiletries: Bring your personal favourites along with any prescribed medications or supplements you’re currently taking.
  • Devices: You’re welcome to bring a laptop, tablet, and your phone. Don’t forget your chargers.
  • Items that feel personal or grounding: Some guests bring along family photos, supportive letters, a favourite book or blanket, or even their own pillow (though we do have a variety to suit different needs).
  • Creative or calming activities: Whether it’s a journal, knitting, Lego, art supplies or a good book, we encourage you to bring along any hobbies you enjoy or would like to reconnect with during your time here.

We also provide a journal for reflection during your stay, so no need to worry if you don’t have your own. Ultimately, bring anything that helps you feel at home and supported in your journey.
